30-day returns

Unopened, resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Start a return by contacting us with your order number.

Freshness guarantee

If fresh, chilled or frozen goods arrive damaged, spoiled or thawed, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll replace the item or refund it — no return shipping needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 5 working days. Delivery fees are refunded when the return is our mistake.
