Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If anything arrives damaged or thawed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll replace or refund it — see return & exchange.

Yes — everything we sell as organic is grown by farmers who use only natural fertilisers on their own land. We visit our partner farms regularly and publish the seasonal calendar in our blog.
